At DMD International, LLC, Ms. DePinto manages company operations, develops business strategies, and consults with executives on financial issues. In the past, she served as the Middle East program director for Private Capital and a partner for Ernst & Young. Ms. DePinto was previously the partner that led Arthur Andersen's privatization and restructuring group in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. With 34 years of field experience, she attributes her success to her perseverance, and her ability to overcome challenges and adapt to other cultures.

A certified public accountant, Ms. DePinto earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She is a trustee and the executive director of Georgia Shakespeare. She belongs to the Colorado Society of CPAs and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. DePinto volunteers her free time with Georgia Shakespeare, the Alliance Theater, and The Carter Center. In the future, she intends to re-establish her business in the United States.
