CAI Announces February 2012 Seminars And Development Programs In Raleigh
Human Resource Management Firm Offers Training For Business Professionals

-"Essentials of HR Certification Program" is a three-day crash course in which participants will learn the essential elements of the human resources function. Participants will discover the fundamental regulatory and compliance knowledge needed to protect themselves and their organization. Participants will discuss hiring, new employee orientation, record keeping, ADA, EEO, discrimination, harassment, safety, FLSA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, compensation, benefits, disciplinary issues, and much more.
