Possessing a strong background in business, Ms. Flinders has 25 years of field experience in high tech companies. For the past four years, she has served as the director of Worldwide services and partner programs at Cisco Systems, Inc., a trusted information technology company, and has developed her expertise in channel sales strategy and programs. Recently promoted to Senior Director, Ms. Flinders considers her success to be a direct result of her tenacity and hard work.

Ms. Flinders holds a bachelor's degree in social science from Radford University and an MBA from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary. She is a member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
