Eight years ago, Mrs. Kilgarlin and her husband Ron created American Screening Corporation, and she has served as the Chief Operating Officer since that time. The Louisiana-based company is an international leader in the Rapid Clia Waived Drug Testing Market. In her demanding role, Mrs. Kilgarlin utilizes her expertise in government bids, international business, scientific certifications, and the U.S. General Services Administration to oversee contracting, scheduling, certifications, and the hiring of consultants. In managing this multi-million dollar organization that includes 14 sales representatives, Mrs. Kilgarlin attributes her success to persistence, determination, and focus. She considers the role an excellent match for her analytical and technical skills.

Ms. Kilgarlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology & Chemistry from Southeastern University in 1991. She is an expert in new product and antibody development. Very active in her industry and community, she is affiliated with the American Probation and Parole Association, the Texas Probation Association, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Association for Clinical Chemistry. She has won a Chamber of Commerce Spirit Award, Outstanding Diplomat, and Rising Star Writing Award. Shawn Kilgarlin is truly a wonderful happy vibrant spirit.
