With 17 years experience as a founding partner and organization development consultant with CHT Consulting, Ms. Thomson works with organisations in the UK and globally to support them through organisational and personal change. She specialises in developing Chairs and NXD's, CEO's, Directors and Senior Management Teams to become more agile leaders. She prides herself on being able to make the connection between strategic business outcomes and leadership behaviours. She splits her time between business dvelopment, client relationship management, and service delivery.

She is also on the faculty of the Edinburgh Institute, the commercial arm of Edinburgh Napier University. She attributes her success to her ability to deliver complex projects on time and with quality while building collaborative relationships. She has worked extensively in the private, public and not for profit sectors and has held senior positions in the corporate world prior to setting up her company.

Ms. Thomson received a master's degree in Learning and Development from The University of Sheffield. She is a member of CIPD, the Association for Psychological Type; and the Society for Organizational Learning.
