As a co-owner of Re-Max Realty Center, Ms. Sartele specializes in short sales. To that end, she works with a team of three people to manage listings, including bank-owned property sales. She also creates virtual tours, which she creates by taking photographs of properties. She remains in constant contact with property sellers, and acquires feedback from them. This feedback is then used to improve the quality of her business. She attributes her success largely to her positive attitude.

Ms. Sartele completed coursework in nursing. She is pursuing a broker's license, having earned the distinction of certified distressed property expert and credited investor agent specialist. She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Tavares Chamber of Commerce. Looking ahead, Ms. Sartele plans to retire after a fruitful and productive career in the real estate industry.
