With 10 years of life science experience, Dr. Ellenrieder excels in setting up new markets within her industry. For the past two years, she has applied her skills in the role of national sales director of regeneration for Straumann, a medical device company that specializes in dental implant systems, restorative and regenerative solutions, and research and development initiatives. Dr. Ellenrider is responsible for managing a team of 18 members and training them on growing the market, developing the business, and creating awareness in their region or territory. She also educates her team on the ways in which the Straumann products are different from similar devices in the industry.

Rebekka Ellenrieder has an outstanding ability to observe and anticipate new trends in the industry. Her combined skill of analytical thinking, creativity and entrepreneurial attitude enabled her to effectuate significant changes, which resulted in sales and market growth.

It was in Europe, at the company's headquarters, where Dr. Ellenrieder first introduced her ideas and out-of-the-box concepts regarding dental devices and especially in the field of regeneration. After recognizing her abilities, the company sent her to work in the U.S. Because of her wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and with medical devices, Dr. Ellenrieder has been able to start, develop and execute different successful projects in product development, marketing, and sales.

Dr. Ellenrieder earned a Ph.D. in pharmacoepidemiology and dermatology in Switzerland. In the future, she plans to attain a global leadership position and work in different countries. She speaks four languages.
