Having dedicated 18 years to her field, Ms. Ferrall currently works as an accounting supervisor at Palmetto GBA, LLC, a Medicare Administrative Contractor. As a seasoned accountant, she is proficient in financial reconciliation, analysis, record inspection, credit assessments, and fraud examination. She utilizes her skills to coordinate audits, create financial reports, and manage staff responsible for Medicare applications for extended repayment plans and protecting.

Holding a bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS) from Augusta State University, Ms. Ferrall wants to further her education and is working on earning an MBA from the University of South Carolina (USC). She is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has earned Business Development and Project Recognition awards. In addition, she has been recognized by her company for her outstanding work as the recipient of a Team of the Year and Associate of the Month awards.
