HACIENDA HEIGHTS, CA, January 11, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Susana L. Loe, Vice President of Human Resources for The Gilbert Company, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human resources.

As the vice president of human resources for The Gilbert Company, a position that she has held for four years, Ms. Loe specializes in employee relations. To that end, she is responsible for overseeing 300 employees in facilities on the East and West Coasts, handling all human resource functions, and managing recruiting, training and compensation programs. She attributes her success to her personal goals and her approachability as a people person. In her time away from the office, Ms. Loe enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and she is an avid hiker.

Ms. Loe received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of SHRM and PIRA. In years to come, Ms. Loe plans to continue to grow in her field and continue learning.
