Best known for her project and people management skills, Dr. Massonneau serves as a plant manager for MSD, a global pharmaceutical company. As a team leader, she manages 200 people on-site, manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients, develops strategies, and works with various organizations. Her interest in pharmacy and chemical specialties led her to the industry. She attributes her success to her hard work and resilience.

Dr. Massonneau holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and received a prize from the French Academy of Science for her work in organic chemistry. In the near future, she hopes to grow within her profession, and take on a position that affords her more responsibility, either in a larger plant or at a different location.
