Yaneth Leialoha Brings the Spirit of "Aloha" to her Cooking

KAILUA, HI, January 23, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Yaneth Leialoha, Founder, Event Director and Catering Director of Island Lu'au, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in catering services.

The goal at Island Lu'au, an up-and-coming catering business, is to offer customers the aloha spirit and Hawaiian hospitality. Mrs. Leialoha caters a wide variety of events and parties, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate and military events, graduations, picnics and funerals. As the founder, event director and catering director of Island Lu'au, Mrs. Leialoha utilizes her expertise in catering, cooking, presentation and preparation to oversee all operations of the business. She shops, cooks, and bakes for all events and preps for each function. In addition, she meets with clients, submits proposals and oversees a staff of six to 15, depending on the size of the event. She even sews and irons all the linens used in the business.

Attributing her success to God, Mrs. Leialoha also credits the fact that she is humble and listens to what each client wants. She established Island Lu'au after taking up catering as a hobby almost a decade ago. She previously accrued a number of years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, gaining valuable skills all the while.

Mrs. Leialoha is always looking to grow in her knowledge and expertise and in 2010, received certification in food safety. Looking forward, Mrs. Leialoha plans to see her company expand, reach new clients, and be one of the top catering companies in Hawaii.
